Minimum Rental Period:  Three (3) Nights.  Rentals of less than three nights may be accepted, but will be charged the three night minimum rate.

Maximum occupancy is ten (10)  persons and two (2) pets.    Each additional guest over eight persons, excluding infants under 18 months, will be charged at $30 per night or $150 per week per person.  Additional pets (over 2) will require  approval by the owner and will incur an additional pet fee.

Advance Booking will require a $500.00 Booking Deposit.  The deposit will be applied to the rental fee, which must be paid in full thirty (30) days prior to arrival.  Payment options will be outlined in the Rental Reservation Quote, and may include credit cards, PayPal or secure online invoicing.

If a booking is requested within 30 days of the arrival date, the entire Rental Fee, including all housekeeping charges, taxes, pet fee and/or damage deposit, when applicable, is required to be paid in full by credit card.

Cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged by the owner.  Cancellation costs are as outlined in the Rental Agreement or Rental Reservation Quote.

Owner does not offer trip or cancellation insurance.
